COVID-19 Update

Dear valued clients, we are excited to announce that we are re-opening our offices to in-person appointments under new guidelines for safety. We will also be continuing to offer online and telephone counselling, and encourage this as a continued practice when possible. Please contact us for more information on our procedures for in-person sessions. If you have an in-person session booked and notice any symptoms suggesting illness or you have been in contact with a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19, or have travelled outside of the province within 14 days, please contact us immediately to schedule a virtual appointment or reschedule. We look forward to continuing to walk alongside each of our clients as we navigate what the future holds, and appreciate your cooperation with our "new normal."
Please feel free to contact us with questions. We’d love to hear from you.

Sometimes it can take courage to get this far, to consider reaching out, to consider change, to be open to possibilities. Congratulations on making this step! We believe that change begins with acceptance. It involves insight, inspiration, collaboration and it can lead to transformation.

“Chelsea, you honestly saved my life. I was in such a dark place when I first came to you. Thank you so much for being there for me and helping me work through so much!”

“I want to take a moment to thank you for being so perceptive. In retrospect it seems all too apparent that I would feel shame [based on my past], but it was you who was perceptive enough to point it out. I don’t know if I would have realized it for a long time. Your insight is appreciated.”

“You were one of the very few mental health supports in these last eight years that gave me hope in the mental health system. Had I not been able to have the experience of accessing services where I felt safe and supported by my counsellor, I do believe I would have become bitter and given up on recovery long ago.”
