Individual 50-Minute Counselling Session: $126.00

Family/Couple’s Extended 75-Minute Sessions: $189.00

Intern Counselling Session (50-Minute): $52.50

*Fees include 5% GST

Payment Options:

Payments can be made in the form of cash, cheque, or Interac e-transfer. E-transfers are preferred according to current safety recommendations. E-transfers must be completed prior to the start of your session. Other forms of payment are to be settled at the beginning of each session.

Reduced Rates:

Reduced rates to post-secondary students. Please inquire during initial consultation regarding student rates. Other services may be offered at reduced rates on a case-by-case basis at the counsellor’s discretion and based on availability.

Cancellation Policy:

A minimum of 24-Hours notice is required for cancelling or changing appointments. Cancellations with less than 24-hours notice or missed appointments are charged at the full- session rate.

Extended Health Coverage:

Counselling sessions are not eligible for coverage through BC Medical Services Plan; however, individuals with extended health coverage may receive compensation for a certain amount or number of sessions. Sessions through extended health are paid up front and reimbursed to the client by the health plan provider. Call your personal health provider to find out about coverage options.

Crime Victims Assistance Program (CVAP)

Chelsea is a registered counsellor with CVAP. Individuals involved with the Crime Victim Assistance Program who have received approval for counselling sessions can use their coverage to assist with the cost of counselling services.

If you or an immediate family member have been the victim of violent crime you may be eligible for funding to assist with the cost of your sessions. If you aren’t sure whether you may qualify for support contact VictimLinkBC at 1-800-563-0808.

Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs)

We work with the Family Services Employee Assistance Program (FSEAP). If your employer uses FSEAP to provide benefits, you can contact FSEAP directly and request a referral to Chelsea Conron. FSEAP will complete the referral and we will contact you to book the first appointment. Contact your employer for more information.
