The Heart-Mind Challenge

The Heart-Mind Challenge is dedicated to putting into practice each of the five positive human qualities that make up Heart-Mind well-being. Along with background information on each Heart-Mind quality, you can choose one or more of the suggested Heart-Mind activities to promote this quality both in yourself and with the children and youth in your life (your classroom, your home, your neighbourhood – you choose!).

I am a registered member in good standing with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (Member #2993). I have a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Trinity Western University, and a Bachelor of Arts, Major in Psychology, with a Minor in Creative Writing from Kwantlen Polytechnic University. Additionally, I completed a Certificate in Christian Studies from Columbia Bible College.
